Creative health is based on the theory that, like physical or mental health, the function of creativity has it’s own set of determinants and protective factors.
Distinguishing creative health as an unique facet of overall well-being, my practice was developed as a specialized alternative to traditional career coaching or therapy.
This theory goes beyond the creative act or process, it explores how the landscape of our inner world shapes creativity as an experience in itself and addresses the distinct challenges faced by people with creativity at the forefront of their work.

overview
I provide weekly, biweekly, or intensive creative consultation sessions grounded in counselling psychology, art therapy and professional creative experience.
dynamic
Part therapist, part coach and part collaborator; we work together to identify and confront aspects of your creative practice or career which may have friction; misaligned with your purpose. Through discussion and directives, I help you develop new perspectives and ways of working that bring you into alignment with your authentic self; replacing friction with ease.
focus
While my focus is primarily creativity, career and vocation, typically the challenges that present themselves in a creative realm are reflected elsewhere in our lives. At times our discussions may also touch on personal or relational topics.
goals
The goals and topics that shape our work together are primarily client lead. This means I don’t dictate desired outcomes, instead I guide our sessions based on what is important to you; providing insights and directives that are either constructive or expansive.
Note: When necessary, I will gently challenge mistaken beliefs or misaligned goals.perspective
several personal and theoretical frameworks influence my practice. Colouring the lens through which I understand, reflect or advise — shaping discussion and directives.Non judgment • Empathy • Authenticity • Honesty
Intersectionality • Jungian + Transpersonal Psychology
Intention • Energy Dynamics + Quantum Theory

Even within various mediums or fields, the core tenets of improving creative health can be applied. Combined with my client centred approach, sessions are responsive and tailored to support your individual, or evolving, objectives.
